A groupware is an application, which helps your teams or employees to work together with shared information and allows them to communicate easily.

Filemanager Often, people working together need a repository where they can store documents. LIMBAS provides a file manager with enhanced right management and versionning possibility.

Calendar Planing is one of the most important part in a groupware. Users should have the possibility to schedule meetings. Without the possibilty to share those informations, it would have no sense. That is why in LIMBAS you can define as many calendars as you want, you can make them only accessible to the user, to everyone, or to part of your team. This is easy to define by filters.

Messenging To help your team o work efficiently, they need an easy way to communicate with each others and with the external. LIMBAS provides a messenging system for internal communication, with the possibility to use external messaging through POP3 or IMAP protocol.

Right managements You can define exaclty the access rights for groups on tables or folders. Then you can centralize your information with sufficient security.
